The head office of Huacheng Group located in Tangqiao Town, Zhangjiagang City, a new harbor industry city.
After eight years" development, it has been a composition enterprise from a single steel tube company, which own steel tubes., rare-metal, building material, air equipment, chemical instrument and electric bearing, international trade, capital operation etc. The registered, capital of the group is RMB 109.2 million and the fixed asserts is RMB 200 million. At present, the company is possessed a construction area of 250,000 square meters and has 1500 staffs including 320 technology administrators with middle and high ranking. The annual outputs of all kinds of seamless steel tube are about 200,000 tons, including bearing tubes 50,000 tons, high quality carbon and alloy steel tubes 70,000 tons, cold drown welded precision tubes 70,000 tons. The maximum length of the finished tubes is 18m and the size range is OD 5-114mm×WT 0.8-14mm. The precision of part of the tubes can meet the level of D-0+0.05mm.
江苏华程集团总部位于新兴港口工业城市江苏省张家港市塘桥镇。公司创建于1997年，历时九年，由初创时的一个专业生产钢管的厂家，发展成为旗下拥有业务涉及钢管、稀有金属、建筑材料、航空地勤设备、化工仪表、轴承、全球贸易、资本运作等领域的综合性集团公司，注册资金1.092亿元，固定资产2亿元，占地面积25万平方米。现有职工1500余名，拥有中高级职称的技术人员320多名。2005年工业开票销售为5.0亿元。
集团公司的主业为生产各种规格的无缝钢管、高中低压锅炉管、合金管、流体管、冷拔管、精密光亮管、直缝焊管、 地质石油钻探用钢管 、船舶专用管、各类异型钢、异型钢管。
本集团各类钢管年产能力为20余万吨。其中，轴承钢管50000吨，优质碳素、合金钢管50000吨，焊接精拔管70000吨，异型钢及异型钢管30000余吨。产品规格Φ5-325×0.8-25mm，最大供货长度为18m,部分产品的精密度达到了D-0＋0.05mm的优良水平。
集团公司先后与长春一汽、上海大众、美国（上海）通用公司等汽车行业，人本集团等轴承行业，兰化、兰电等化工行业保持长期稳定的合作关系。
